Welcome to Coolwater Equine Center

Who we are.

Coolwater Equine Center is a growing equine training facility located between Sanford and Pittsboro NC near Hwy 15/501. We start, train and board a variety of horses in several disciplines. We have halter horses, trail horses, studs, foals, weanlings, yearlings and broodmares. We feed and use every product we sell on our own horses and our boarders.

Why buy from us?

We stand by our products.

The surges in fuel and feed prices as well as the hay crisis have hurt everyone. We had a dilemma - we knew that if we bought feed directly we could get good quality at a lower price, but the increase in the cost of gas just didn’t make economical sense. So, our solution was to become a dealer to serve local customers. We can now buy at a reduced cost, charge just enough to cover expenses and still be able to sell at a lower price than most local suppliers.

We believe that by selling our own feed we can also help you. Not only with lower costs, but with more flexible hours and personal service. Running an equine center ourselves we know that horses and livestock don’t eat only Monday through Friday from 10:00-5:00. People do occasionally run out of feed on a Sunday!

We are here for you, and will do everything in our power to get you what you need.

In addition to selling feed we decided to also become a distributor of several equine supplements and grooming aids that we have come to rely upon and trust, through the results proven by the condition of our own horses. That's the best proof, isn't it?

We hope that by working together with you and other horse and livestock owners we can bring support, understanding and cooperation that will mutually benefit all of us.
